Meet Eric Turbiville

I am excited to meet you and I appreciate you considering me for your executive coaching, leadership development, and keynote speaking needs. I grew up in the Midwest where I developed a strong work ethic and a love for the St. Louis Cardinals. I began my career in the biopharmaceuticals area right out of college. I have been fortunate to lead several high-performing teams at Fortune 500 companies like Bristol-Myers Squibb and Novo Nordisk.
I love coaching and developing people. I pride myself on my ability to build, develop and coach high performing teams. I have had the privilege of coaching and mentoring many executives across several industries. I believe that when people know you care about and respect them, they will work harder for you and accelerate their performance. I believe that leaders should be people-focused, coaching-centered, and performance-driven. My passion for developing leaders comes across clear in my coaching, training, and keynote addresses.
Eric is Founder and President of the Turbiville Group. He is credentialed through the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and has led large, high performing sales and market access teams as a commercial executive at Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, he led a sales team of about 1000 people that produced over $2 billion in annual revenue.
Eric is a former Fortune 500 executive. He holds MBA and BA degrees from Brigham Young University where he graduated Cum Laude. He is the author of The Perfect Leadership Triad: How Top Executives Maximize Productivity through People, Coaching, and Performance. He has taken advanced courses at The Wharton School and the Harvard Business School. As a keynote speaker, he has spoken to both small and large audiences ranging from 20 to 1,000 people. His focus is helping leaders maximize performance, productivity, engagement, retention, and results.
He is committed to sharing actionable principles and ideas that will help leaders develop better skills and improve team performance.
